Mock Examination and Seminar for grade five students was held on 22nd of August 2025 at Pathahawatta Sri Swarnajothi Maha Vidyalaya, Bandaragama. There were about 120 students participated the program. Lions District D2, 2nd VDG Lion Palitha Wije Gunawardhana MJF participated as the chief guest of the event. We did a mental awareness program for 40 elders at Sahana Udaya Elders Home in Boralesgamuwa.Mr.Lalith Kumara conducted a very successful , meaningful project singing and discussion of old sinhala songs which they enjoyed so much.we provided tea for them too.veru successful , meaningful project

Under the continuous commitment to serve the community, the Lions Club of Millaniya Golden Jubilee organized a special service project to distribute sugar-free dry food packs among diabetic patients from low-income families. • This initiative aimed to support the health and nutritional needs of diabetic individuals who struggle to afford suitable dietary items due to financial constraints. To provide essential food items suitable for diabetic patients.To promote health awareness and encourage healthy eating habits among patients. To extend humanitarian assistance to low-income families in need of medical and nutritional care. The project was successfully carried out with the participation of club members and community volunteers. Each beneficiary received a specially prepared sugar-free dry food pack, ensuring suitability for diabetic dietary requirements.
