Conducted a awareness and pre prepare program for Year 5 students who are sitting to scholarship exam in 2026 at Thakshila central college Horana. Program conducted with collaboration of Sonic Higher education institutions Horana. Two sessions were done. Each group consists of 500 students. Total Beneficiaries 1000 students. 8.45 - 11.00 first session. 11.30 -1.00pm 2nd session. After each session awareness sessions were done students and their parents together. Participation-lions 3 L/L 1 Non Lions 20 . Cost of infrastructure at Thakshila central college was born by lions club of Horana. Other part of the project was done by the Sonic Higher education Institute.

Monthly scholarship payment to local students (project 2) Ananda Wijayasiri Memorial scholarship project Was made on 25.10.2025. Project chairperson lion Lalith Wijayasiri. Project Cordinator PDG lion Nimal aluthge. Beneficiaries-40 This also a Signature project of the club. Lion Lalith Wijayasiri sponsored this 40 Students. Relevant funds are being transferred to the club projects funds Account through Standing order. Payment are being made monthly Basis. Each and every students paid Rs 3000.00 per month.
