Let's Start from Home," a concept initiated by the District Governor of Lions Clubs International District 306 D2, we successfully conducted a Dengue Prevention and Awareness Program today. Under the District 306 D2 service project, the Piliyandala Central Lions Club conducted a dengue eradication program on Sunday, July 5, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM. Led by Region 5 Chairperson Lion Yohan Dushamantha, the initiative involved clearing mosquito-breeding waste and cleaning both sides of the road along Kolamunna Bimbarama Road in Piliyandala, as well as cleaning the drainage system and removing waste from School Mawatha (the road behind the Central College) where water flow had been obstructed. • Attached the Project proposal here
