Description

The Lions Club of Piliyandala organized a community service project to provide refreshments and meals to elderly low-income beneficiaries who visited the Piliyandala Post Office to collect their monthly government allowance. Each beneficiary was served a fish bun and a cup of tea for breakfast. In addition, a parcel of rice and curry was provided to take home and enjoy later. The project was warmly appreciated by the beneficiaries and reflected the club's commitment to serving the elderly and supporting vulnerable members of the community.
