Description

Conducted an essential Children's Eye Care and Vision Awareness Program at Sevenagala Maha Vidyalaya, Sevenagala. The initiative successfully educated nearly 450 participants, including students, teachers, and parents, on preventing vision deterioration and managing Computer Vision Syndrome caused by excessive screen time. Key topics highlighted the impact of digital devices on myopia, hand-eye coordination, sleep patterns, eye strain, and mental health. Emphasizing that 80% of a child’s early learning happens visually, the program stressed early detection and proper eye care to safeguard children’s academic performance and future well-being.
