The Lions Club of Mattegoda successfully organized a multiple service project on 23rd August 2026 at Camilla School.
The project included Cancer Awareness, Diabetes Awareness, Eye Examinations, Fruit Tree Distribution, and Spectacles Distribution.
A total of 17 Lion members participated, including our Zone Chairperson, Lion Muralidharan. Lion Lady Dhammika Batugedara, representing the Lions Club of Colombo Donz, also participated and successfully conducted the awareness lecture.
Through this project, the Lions Club of Mattegoda was able to serve approximately 54 people from the Mattegoda area.
It was a successful and meaningful community service project, contributing to the health and well-being of the local community.
