Disabled wash room and Doctor's wash room completed by Mr & Mrs Jayawardena at the request of Lions Club of Colombo Pride. Thank you very much for your verification. The first two items were purchased prior to 01st July 2026. Therefore, I reduced that cost from the bill for District Contest. But for International reporting I applied the full cost of the bill as it was not reported earlier. As requested forward herewith the relevant information in a Letterhead.
