August 9, 2026 Lion Kokila Jayathilaka and Lion Prasad Jayathilaka of the Arawwala Lions Club organized a musical evening for a group of approximately 120 people—including around 50 children undergoing treatment at the Indira Cancer Trust Foundation (affiliated with Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama) and their parents. The event aimed to boost the participants' mental well-being and happiness while alleviating the stress caused by their illness. The event featured the singing of songs together with the children
