A Dengue Prevention and Environmental Cleaning Project was successfully conducted at President College, Dodangoda, with the objective of creating a cleaner and safer school environment while increasing awareness about dengue prevention.
Members of the KDE Lions Club, together with parents and teachers of President College, actively participated in cleaning the school premises and eliminating potential mosquito breeding areas.
As part of the awareness campaign, dengue prevention posters and banners were displayed throughout the school premises, and educational leaflets were distributed within the school. Additional banners, posters, and leaflets were handed over to the teachers for further distribution among students, helping to spread dengue prevention awareness throughout the entire school community.
