Based on findings reported by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), it is estimated that for every tree planted and properly maintained, four people benefit—highlighting the significant social and environmental impact of sustained tree‑planting initiatives. In alignment with this global perspective, we successfully launched a Tree Planting Project at Dampe Kanishta Vidyalaya, through which 85 food‑generating plants were donated to schoolchildren. This initiative promotes environmental stewardship at the community level while enhancing students’ sense of social responsibility.
