Kaduwela
Lions Club of Kesbewa carried out a disaster relief project on 4th December 2025 by donating 1,000 lunch parcels to people in the Kaduwela area who were affected by the Ditwah natural disaster in Sri Lanka in late 2025.
The lunch parcels were distributed to families who were cleaning their flooded houses and to residents whose homes were still under water. This initiative was organized to provide immediate meal support to affected families who were facing difficulties preparing food due to the disaster situation.
