A heartwarming Christmas celebration was held on 26th December at Indira Trust Suwa Arana with the brave little hearts who are receiving care and cancer treatment. Members of the Lions Club of Dehiwala Legends also joined hands in making this event meaningful and joyful.
The celebration was filled with happiness as the children enthusiastically participated in music and dancing sessions, spreading smiles and festive cheer throughout the venue. As a gesture of love and encouragement, bags, drawing books, and pens were distributed among the children, supporting both their creativity and education.
This event truly reflected Lionistic values—compassion, kindness, unity, and selfless service—bringing comfort, joy, and hope to children who face life’s challenges with courage. It was a memorable occasion that strengthened the spirit of giving and reaffirmed the Lions’ commitment to serving humanity.
