On August 13th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., a remarkable service project was carried out by the Lions Club of Kesbewa, led by Lion Manohara Degambada, who generously donated essential equipment to support the Electronic Equipment Technology Technician Course conducted by the Ranaviru Resource Centre.
This special donation aims to strengthen the vocational training programs designed for military officers nearing retirement, providing them with valuable technical skills and enhancing their opportunities for meaningful post-service careers. The initiative reflects the Lions Club’s enduring commitment to empowering communities, uplifting national heroes, and fostering self-reliance through education and skill development.
