"Mind and Wellness Program by Lion Prabath Wickramasinghe

On October 5, 2025, a special Mind and Wellness YOGA Program led by Lion Prabath Wickramasinghe was successfully raising awareness about the importance of mental and physical well-being through the practice of yoga. Conducted for a larger group, further extending the reach and impact of this inspiring initiative.
The program highlighted the numerous benefits of yoga — including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and posture — while also emphasizing its power to reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. It further showcased yoga’s positive effects on respiratory function, energy levels, sleep quality, mental clarity, anxiety management, and overall self-confidence.
